![]() HORROR MOVIE: Young Frankenstein VICTIMS: 3 CONDITION: Dead FEAR: Fire! |
Occasionally tossing the random passerby into an icy cold river, Romer makes it difficult to distinguish the actor from the role. After playing the lead in "The Monster Designs" (1954), Romer soon returned to more graphically artistic endeavors. Now turning out monster designs on a regular basis, he seems to have left his days of horror behind -- a fortunate occurence for all the world's passersby. Romer graduated from The Cooper Union School of Art in 1992, but stuck around for the next four years to work at Cooper Union's Center for Design and Typography. There, Romer was responsible for much of the institution's printed design, including catalogs, signage, exhibition and various other materials and publications. In addition to designing, Romer taught as an adjunct faculty member at the Cooper Union for two years and is currently an instructor for The School of Visual Arts in New York City. These days, Romer spends most of his time in the Chopping Block Oval Office fulfilling his duties as President (and polishing his lucky coin -- the one with heads on both sides). | |||||||||
